The deceased died intestate. Extrajudicial Settlement of Estate was executed 2017. No land or vehicle was left by the deceased only bank accounts. 

We would like to request for a complete list of requirements for the registration of the extra judicial settlement of estate.

Is it necessary to secure an heir's bond despite that the deceased left only bank account as stated on the extra judicial settlement executed by the heirs.
