Hi. I would like to request for information regarding the registered owners of an abandoned piece of land near our house in Laguna because we want to keep in touch with them and if ever the owner wants to sell it, we are very much intetested to buy it.

The address is Block 2 Lot 19 J.P Rizal cor Batangas Loop St. Macaria Village, Brgy. Canlalay, Biñan City, Laguna.

If you would want to verify and/or secure a copy of the concerned title, it can be requested online through eSerbisyo or at the nearest Registry of Deeds (anywhere-to-anywhere transaction) or at window 3 of the Land Registration Authority One-Stop Shop located at East Avenue corner NIA Road, Diliman, Quezon City

Please provide the following details:

1. Title number
2. Registered Owner
3. Location of the property

Please note that our office can only trace and verify by title number, not by lot, name, or tax declaration number.


Your right to request a review

If you are unhappy with this response to your FOI request, you may ask us to carry out an internal review of the response by sending an e-mail to our Public Relations and Information Section at pris@lra.gov.ph.

Your review request should explain why you are dissatisfied with this response and should be made within 15 calendar days from the date when you received this letter. We will complete the review and tell you the result within 30 calendar days from the date when we receive your review request.
