You asked for an approved subdivision plan for Guingona Subdivision, Butuan City. Agusan del Norte.

Response to Request

Your concern can only be requested by walk-in or in person at LRA One-Stop-Shop windows 7 and 8. If you can't visit us in person, kindly ask someone to request it for you (SPA is not necessary). Kindly recheck if your Plan Number has a pre-code of LRA/LRC. If none, request it from the Regional Office of the Department of Environment and Natural Resources (DENR). 

Your right to request a review

If you are unhappy with this response to your FOI request, you may ask us to carry out an internal review of the response by sending an e-mail to our Public Relations and Information Section at pris@lra.gov.ph.

Your review request should explain why you are dissatisfied with this response and should be made within 15 calendar days from the date when you received this letter. We will complete the review and tell you the result within 30 calendar days from the date when we receive your review request.
