Hi would like to request and verify the authenticity and legitimacy of the tax declaration number GR-19-0009-10395 cadastral lot no. 1 situated at gabi cordova, cebu under the name of Bernie Fuentes.
Moreover, if i may add to verify if this is a clean tax dec.
