Hi! I would like to request for approved plan of TCT no. 120965. This title doesnt have tax declaration thats why the Assessor's office is looking for its approved plan. In addition, we need this for the requisition of our building permit.

Response to Request

Your concern can only be requested by walk-in or in person at LRA One-Stop-Shop windows 7 and 8 if the Approved Plan was approved by the Land Registration Authority (LRA or LRC code). If not, get a copy through the Regional Office of the Department of Environment and Natural Resources (DENR). If you can't request in person, kindly ask someone to request it for you (SPA is not necessary).

If you wish to have a copy of the title, it can be requested online through eSerbisyo or at the nearest Register of Deeds (anywhere-to-anywhere transaction) or at One-Stop-Shop, LRA Central Office, window 3.

Please provide the following details:

1. Title number
2. Registered Owner
3. Location of the property


Your right to request a review
