To LRA,

I would like to know if Transfer of Title Certificate No. 23908 / 23909 is in your record. I bought a parcel of land from FJ8 Real Estate Services. They sent me a notarized eed of Sale. I need to know whether the TCT mention above is legitimate so I can process my land title.

We checked your concern in our system and found out the said title numbers were already canceled. 

If you wish to trace back the concerned title number/s please coordinate with the Register of Deeds where the property is located.
