Good day!

On behalf of my relatives, may I request the status of the transaction with Entry/Ref No.: EPEB496/2016001191. It has been 6 years since the payment of corresponding fees in Sorsogon Field Office, and yet we have not received any update on its status. We tried to search it via the Online Tracking System found on LRA website (https://lots.lra.gov.ph/TransactionStatus/) but Data Not Available on it. Hoping to hear from you soon on this matter.
