I would like to know if in order to register the deed of sale to the buyer who is  DIVORCED  DUAL Filipino-American Citizen, described as such in the deed of sale, is it necessary for the Register of Deeds to require submission of Philippine Court recognition of the divorce decree? In contrast, if married, no marriage contract is even required?
