If you want to verify and/or secure a copy of the concerned title, you can request it online through our eSerbisyo website at eSerbisyo.lra.gov.ph, you can also request it at any Registry of Deeds (anywhere-to-anywhere transaction) near you or at the window 2 or 3 of the Land Registration Authority One-Stop-Shop located at East Avenue corner NIA Road, Diliman, Quezon City.

Please provide the following details:

1. Title number
2. Registered Owner
3. Location of the property
4. Photocopy of Title or Tax Declaration

Your right to request a review
