HI! I would like to request and verity po sana on the land title of my Grandparents located in Novalichez Quezon City, it was reconstituted July 13, 1988, we have a copy of Application for reconstitution received by Registry of Deeds and at the same time mark the same date in the middle left side of the title. 

1.Nag materialized po kaya and reconstitution? Because as per Registry of Deeds no record was found. TCT # 192641 Registerd Owner Spc NIcolas and Fausta Pineda.  
 
2. May posibility po kaya na Annotate po ang Tite kaya di namin matrace?
