Hi, Im Julius Lazaro, I want to validate the authenticity of the document "Transfer Certificate of Title No. 028-2021001220"
Per document, This is relative to from TRANSFER CERTIFICATE OF TITLE  2014000508
I want to validate if this is legit since i am paying this Land for monthly for 3 yrs.
Hoping you could validate this

You asked for For Verification of authenticity of Transfer Certificate of Title.

Response to Request

Kindly coordinate with the Registry of Deeds where the property is located to validate the authenticity of the title. 

If you want to verify and/or secure a copy of the concerned title, it can be requested online through our eSerbisyo portal at www.eserbisyo@lra.gov.ph, you can also request at the nearest Registry of Deeds (anywhere-to-anywhere transaction) or at window 3 of the Land Registration Authority One-Stop-Shop located at East Avenue corner NIA Road, Diliman, Quezon City

Please provide the following details:

1. Title number
2. Registered Owner
3. Location of the property
4. Photocopy of Title or Tax Declaration

Please note that our office can only trace and verify by title number, not by lot, name, or tax declaration number.

Your right to request a review

If you are unhappy with this response to your FOI request, you may ask us to carry out an internal review of the response by sending an e-mail to our Public Relations and Information Section at pris@lra.gov.ph.

Your review request should explain why you are dissatisfied with this response and should be made within 15 calendar days from the date when you received this letter. We will complete the review and tell you the result within 30 calendar days from the date when we receive your review request.
