Estalilla 12:32 PM, Mar 11, 2022

Hi i would like to request your good office to please give me the latest update on the status of this particular property wether it is still under the name of the previous owners - my late grandparents, Mr. Anastacio and Mrs. Agripina Estalilla; or it’s been sold or mortgaged by my relative. Can you confirm where is the original land title and under whose possession. Thank you and may you shed some light to us. God bless!

Dear Janet Estalilla,

Greetings!

Thank you for your request dated Mar 11, 2022 12:32:46 PM under Executive Order No. 2 (s. 2016) on Freedom of Information in the Executive Branch.

Your Request

You asked for T.D. Number 10164.

Response to Request

Kindly secure a certified true copy if you would like to know if it is still in the name of the concerned property.

You can request online through eSerbisyo or at the nearest Register of Deeds (anywhere-to-anywhere transaction) or at One-Stop-Shop, LRA Central Office, window 3.

Please provide the following details:

1. Title number
2. Registered Owner
3. Location of the property

If there's no title number, kindly secure first a copy of the tax declaration from the Assessor's Office where the property is located for you to check if the property is titled or not in the portion of OCT/TCT. In case there is no detail provided in the OCT/TCT portion, kindly request the lot status at LRA Central Office One-Stop-Shop, window 11.

Please note that we can only trace by title number, not by lot or tax declaration number.
