Hello, may I respectfully request a copy of the Deed of Voluntary Land Transfer (VLT) made and executed by CIRILO FLOJO and SANTOS QUIMOYOG made and executed pursuant to Sections 20 and 21 of R.A. 6657 dated 02 April 1996 done at Batac, Ilocos Norte.

The "Technical Description" on the certified electronic copy of the aforementioned VLT on file in the RD of Ilocos Norte is MISSING and the only remarks on the document available at hand is "See V-37 attached".

This information will be utilized for REFERENCE only.
