Good morning, 

I am Syrell Mari G. Palisoc, a 4th-year BS Architecture student from Mapua University. I am currently conducting a thesis wherein I will propose an Interconnecting Rail Station whose objective is to connect both LRT & MRT terminals at the intersection of EDSA/Taft Avenue. 

I would like to ask if there is a copy of an existing TCT (Transfer Certificate of Title) for this parcel of land at the intersection, which I will be using for my Site Evaluation and Analysis purposes.
