Your request can be done online through eSerbisyo or at the nearest Register of Deeds (anywhere-to-anywhere transaction) or at One-Stop-Shop, LRA Central Office, window 3.

Please provide the following details in order to get a certified true copy:

1. Title number
2. Registered Owner
3. Location of the property
