Please proceed to the Registry of Deeds concerned and request for a certified true copy of the title you mentioned in your query. It requires payment of fees.

Our system is already digitalized, hence, we no longer issue photocopy of any document from the registry of deeds or LRA central office.

If you are not satisfied with the result of the review, you then have the right to appeal to the Office of the President under Administrative Order No. 22 (s. 2011).
