Hi,
I would like to request a copy of the mother title of a specific land in iloilo. The registry of deeds in our province can no longer extract any computer image to trace the origin of this land title. I would like to request the original title and the manner in which this was transferred.is there any chance that the department  still has a copy in print other than the digitized one? 

I would like to request a copy of the  TCT 46179 oct 23821

Also otc 23133 both in iloilo province
