Hi good day this is Ralph Hernandez. Can i request of Certified Thru copy in land residential of Sixto Hernandez.?
Apo po ako ni Sixto Hernandez gusto po sana namin makapg request ng CTC of land title. kasi po napalitan ung name ng lolo ko sa Department of Agririan Nueva Ecija. Hndi po namin alam kung bakit nangyari yun. Pinapaalis po kasi kami ngayon ng nakapangalan sa EP which is hindi po talaga sa kanila yun sa lolo ko yon.

Provide the following details in order to get a certified true copy

1. Title number
2. Registered Owner
3. Location of the property

If there's no title number, kindly secure first a copy of tax declaration from the Assessor's Office where the property is located for you to check if the property is titled or not in the portion of OCT/TCT. In case that there is no details provided in the OCT/TCT portion, kindly request for the lot status at LRA Central Office One-Stop-Shop, window 11.

Your right to request a review

If you are unhappy with this response to your FOI request, you may ask us to carry out an internal review of the response by sending an e-mail to our Public Relations and Information Section at pris@lra.gov.ph.
