Hi, 

May we know if transfer of title from owners of lots being used by Bria Homes Baras was already processed?

they have a pending aplication on license to sell and us, buyers, have no idea on what really is happening on the application.

Please proceed to the Housing and Land Use Regulatory Board (HLURB) and make the same query. All problems arising between subdivision developer and buyers are usually lodged to the HLURB).

If you are not satisfied with the result of the review, you then have the right to appeal to the Office of the President under Administrative Order No. 22 (s. 2011).
