Response to Request

If you would want to have a copy of the concerned title number/s, it can be requested online through eSerbisyo or at the nearest Register of Deeds (anywhere-to-anywhere transaction) or at One-Stop-Shop, LRA Central Office, window 3.

Please provide the following details:

1. Title number
2. Registered Owner
3. Location of the property

In case that there is no record in the Register of Deeds where the property is located, kindly request a certification indicating that the concerned title has no more record then coordinate with the LRA Reconstitution Division.
