Hello po, nakabili po ako ng lupa under tax declaration lang po sya under the name GLORIA M. MAPILE, gusto ko po sna malaman if meron pong title iyong nabili ko tlga kasi sabi po nila meron pero nawala ung title sa katagalan. Eto po ung details Lot number 2926-K-2-2-2. Tax declaration number 2009-02-002-00015

Your concern can be done by requesting a copy of the latest tax declaration from the Assessor's Office where the property is located for you to check if the property is titled or not in the portion of OCT/TCT. In case there are no details provided in the OCT/TCT portion, kindly request the lot status at LRA Central Office One-Stop-Shop, window 11.

Your right to request a review
