Dear Atty. Sirios:

I want to request a Certified Copy of the Approved Lot Plan (LRC)Psd326369 located in Marikina City.  The previous requisition was with the Land Management Bureau, unfortunately the said office was razed by fire last 2018 and the records Im asking for migh be included among those survey records razed by fire.  Engr. Victor B. Balde suggested making a similar letter of request to the LRA administrator considering that this office approved the said plan.

You asked for Certified Copy of Approved Lot Plan.

Response to Request

If you want to secure a Certified True copy of the Subdivision Plan, it can be requested at window 7 or 8 of the Land Registration Authority One-Stop-Shop located at East Avenue corner NIA Road, Diliman, Quezon City.

Your right to request a review

If you are unhappy with this response to your FOI request, you may ask us to carry out an internal review of the response by sending an e-mail to our Public Relations and Information Section at pris@lra.gov.ph. 

Your review request should explain why you are dissatisfied with this response, and should be made within 15 calendar days from the date when you received this letter. We will complete the review and tell you the result within 30 calendar days from the date when we receive your review request.
