You asked for Land title and dEED of sale with waiver of rights.

Response to Request

Do you know the title number of the property you mentioned in your query? If yes, please proceed to the Registry of Deeds which has jurisdiction over your property. If no, you have 2 options:

1. Proceed to the Assessor's Office of the Municipality/City where your property is located. And make a request from that office.
2. Proceed to the National Archives, and present to them a photocopy of the documents you need, such as the Deed of Sale. 

If you are not satisfied with the result of the review, you then have the right to appeal to the Office of the President under Administrative Order No. 22 (s. 2011).
