Greetings!

Thank you for your request dated Apr 28, 2023 01:17:38 AM under Executive Order No. 2 (s. 2016) on Freedom of Information in the Executive Branch.

Your Request

You asked for Original Certificate of Title.

Response to Request

Your concern can be requested online through eSerbisyo or at the nearest Register of Deeds (anywhere-to-anywhere transaction) or at One-Stop-Shop, LRA Central Office, window 3.

Please provide the following details:

1. Title number
2. Registered Owner
3. Location of the property

If there's no title number, kindly secure first a copy of the tax declaration from the Assessor's Office where the property is located for you to check if the property is titled or not in the portion of OCT/TCT. In case there is no detail provided in the OCT/TCT portion, kindly request the lot status at LRA Central Office One-Stop-Shop, window 11.

If you don't have a copy of the Original Owner's Duplicate Title, kindly verify this directly at the Register of Deeds where the property is located if ever they still have a copy of the title then inquire them how to request a new Owner's Duplicate Title.

Please note that we can only trace and verify by title number, not by lot or tax declaration number.

Your right to request a review
