If you would want to verify and/or secure a copy of the concerned title, it can be requested online through eSerbisyo at www.eserbisyo@lra.gov.ph. You can also request a CTC at the nearest Registry of Deeds (anywhere-to-anywhere transaction) or at window 3 of the Land Registration Authority One-Stop-Shop located at East Avenue corner NIA Road, Diliman, Quezon City

Please provide the following details:

1. Title number
2. Registered Owner
3. Location of the property

Please note that our office can only trace and verify by title number, not by lot, name, or tax declaration number.

When requesting, please provide a copy of the title or tax declaration together with a copy of your valid ID.

Your right to request a review
