Hi i would like to request the lot no. 3157 of Cad 197 if its titled, i just want to clear every documents for us to make the process of titling.

 If their's no title issued, may I request for any certification you may provide to proof that this lot is not yet been titled.

You asked for TITLE OF LOT 3157 OF CAD 197 situated in Pamplona Cagayan.

Response to Request

Since you do not know if the property is titled or not, please proceed to the Assessor's Office of the Municipality/City where the property is located and request for a certified true copy of the property's Tax Declaration. On the face of that document will show if the property is titled or not.

If you are not satisfied with the result of the review, you then have the right to appeal to the Office of the President under Administrative Order No. 22 (s. 2011).
