We are approaching the operation plan task force titulong malinis.So that we can be helped to be given a copy of Oct.28486 with decree No.369524 Lot.19 of the cadastral survey of Baler Province of aurora because the title we hold is no longer legible.
This is the document we are holding in.

Greetings!

If you would want to verify and/or secure a copy of the concerned title, it can be requested online through eSerbisyo or at the nearest Registry of Deeds (anywhere-to-anywhere transaction) or at window 3 of the Land Registration Authority One-Stop-Shop located at East Avenue corner NIA Road, Diliman, Quezon City

Please provide the following details:

1. Title number
2. Registered Owner
3. Location of the property

Please note that our office can only trace and verify by title number, not by lot, name, or tax declaration number.


Your right to request a review

If you are unhappy with this response to your FOI request, you may ask us to carry out an internal review of the response by sending an e-mail to our Public Relations and Information Section at pris@lra.gov.ph.
