i would like to check any information if the lot I purchased in Laguna Belair 3 under empire east was actually filed, its been 2 years since i fully paidnthe lot and yet ili cannot reach them for the dead of sale

Try to request this from the Register of Deeds where the property is located (viewing the attachments/necessary documents used in the Transfer Certificate of Title). If it is not transacted at the Register of Deeds, kindly coordinate and/or secure a copy from the vendor.
