In behalf of the Sangguniang Barangay of Barangay Francisco Homes - Mulawin, we would like to request from your good office for a record of the Master Plan /Subdivision Plan or Francisco Homes 1 Subdivion Map consisting of Barangay Francisco Homes – Narra, Francisco Homes – Yakal, Francisco Homes – Guijo at Francisco Homes – Mulawin). This is regarding with our petition for Boundary Disputes of Phase A of Adalia Francisco Homes Subdivision

You asked for Request for Barangay Map / Subdivision Plan of Francisco Homes 1 Subdivision, CSJDM, Bulacan.

Response to Request

For this concern, it depends on where the plan was approved. If the plan was approved by LRC/LRA, kindly request a copy at Windows 7&8, LRA One-Stop-Shop. If not, kindly request a copy from the Regional Office of the Department of Environment and Natural Resources (DENR). Still, you need to coordinate first with the management of the said subdivision to extract the needed details in securing a copy of the concerned plan.
