Ako po si Luzviminda Lacuesta Aliento Alcoreza na apo ni Exequel Lacuesta na nagnanais makahingi ng sipi ng bentahan ng lupa (Deeds of Absolute Sale) na may TCT No. 97308, Doc No. 231, Page 97, Book VI, Series 1970, Signed/Executed by Alfredo Caliwara, Quezon, June 23,1970. Sapagkat bilang isa sa mga apo ng nabanggit na tao,nais ko pong magkaroon ng kaliwanagan sa usaping ito kung dumaan po ba sa legal na proseso.

Nawa'y mabigyan po ng agarang pagtugon ang kahilingang ito. Pagpapala!
