Hi I would like to request a certification of T.C.T 88 in Mariveles, Bataan is on file.

I would like to request a CERTIFICATION that the said T.C.T 88 is on file in 
Land Registration Authority and Registry Of Deeds Balanga, Bataan for us to Petition in Court on what Legal basis that they Cancelled the said T.C.T 88.

Requesting for a Certification and Verification that Transfer Certificate Title No. 88 is in the Record of Registry Of Deeds n Land Registration Authority of Balanga, Bataan for us to Petition of what Legal basis did they cancel that said T.C.T No. 88 where it was registered and Signed by The Late President Ferdinand Marcos Sr. In the Time where he seek for the Spanish Title in 6 Months to be registered Under Torrents System Law that the said T.C.T No. Complied to its Presidential Decree 1143 and Presidential Decree 892.
