Hi, we would like to request for the status of the following:

1. Lot no. 4423, sta. Barbara, Iloilo cadastre Area 25, 838 sq m.: 
    
   Was there an existing land title issued to S.c. Martin Delgado and 
    wife/ Emiliano Lacson / or Paulino Marquilencia?

We find no data from the DENR because the said lot number/ area is currently under cadastral hearing.

You may probably need aa Lot Status of Lot No, 4423, Sta. Barbara, Iloilo Cadastre. Please request for a certified true copy of the following from the Bureau of Lands/DENR:

1. Technical Description (Narrative); and
2. Cadastral Map

After securing the aforesaid data, please proceed to the Land Registration Authority and request for a Lot Status, submitting together with the said certified true copies.

If you are not satisfied with the result of the review, you then have the right to appeal to the Office of the President under Administrative Order No. 22 (s. 2011).
