Perez 07:01 PM, Apr 01, 2023

Good day!

I would like to kindly ask for a copy of TCT-432635 under RD Tarlac. I tried requesting for one, but I was told that the request couldn't be granted as I don't have authorization from the owner.

The reason for the request is to know if there are liens/encumbrances, as this lot is awarded to me through Pag-Ibig Acquired Asset bidding, and I do not know the owner. Kindly let me know if you require a copy of the proof of awarding, and I would be more than happy to transmit it. Thank you so much!

Dear Rainier Joshua Perez,

Greetings!

Thank you for your request dated Apr 01, 2023 07:01:39 PM under Executive Order No. 2 (s. 2016) on Freedom of Information in the Executive Branch.

Your Request

You asked for LRA - TCT Request.

Response to Request

For certified true copy concerns, you can request online through eSerbisyo or at the nearest Register of Deeds (anywhere-to-anywhere transaction) or at One-Stop-Shop, LRA Central Office, window 3.

Please provide the following details:

1. Title number
2. Registered Owner
3. Location of the property

If there's no title number, kindly secure first a copy of the tax declaration from the Assessor's Office where the property is located for you to check if the property is titled or not in the portion of OCT/TCT. In case there is no detail provided in the OCT/TCT portion, kindly request the lot status at LRA Central Office One-Stop-Shop, window 11.

Please note that we can only trace by title number, not by lot or tax declaration number.
