My father is asking me to search for how to request from the National Archive a copy of the deed of absolute sale that transpired in Cabuyao City, Laguna in the year 1961.

When you go to the National Archives, please bring along with you a photocopy of the document you want to request from them. They need to see the name of the Notary Public, Doc. No., Book No., Page No., and the Series when the document was produced.

If you are not satisfied with the result of the review, you then have the right to appeal to the Office of the President under Administrative Order No. 22 (s. 2011).
