Good day! I would like to verify regarding if the seller of the land title No.20031 with lot  no.279 in Malaya Pililla Rizal is the real owner before I  bought it and  make a transaction.

Your Request

You asked for Request of certified true copy of land title.

Response to Request

Please proceed to the Registry of Deeds of Morong, Rizal and make a request for a certified true copy (CTC) of the title number you mentioned. On the face of that CTC bears the owner of the title. 

If however there is a discrepancy as to the owner in the CTC and in the Owner's Duplicate Copy of the title, the former must be the correct owner.

If you are not satisfied with the result of the review, you then have the right to appeal to the Office of the President under Administrative Order No. 22 (s. 2011).
