Dairo., the document of which was notarized by Notary Public Ernesto R. Trillo Notary public at City of Butuan Agusan under Doc. No. 916, Page No. 98; Book No. IV; Series of 1951. This ducoment was registered as untitled 3344 @ Agusan entry # 1407 Book I Butuan entry#:1252 filed # R-1711 @ Butuan Dated Dec. 22 1955.

Response to Request

Your request can be done by visiting the Register of Deeds where the property is located (viewing the attachments/necessary documents used in the Transfer Certificate of Title). In case of no record/s found, you may request it at the National Archives (if they still have a copy). Use the details of the title annotation to trace it.

Your right to request a review

If you are unhappy with this response to your FOI request, you may ask us to carry out an internal review of the response by sending an e-mail to our Public Relations and Information Section at pris@lra.gov.ph.
