I would like to request a CERTIFIED TRUE COPY of the DEED OF ABSOLUTE SALE executed in favor Simeon M Dairo married to Cerila E. Dairo., the document of which was notarized by Notary Public Ernesto R. Trillo Notary public at City of Butuan Agusan under Doc. No. 916, Page No. 98; Book No. IV; Series of 1951. This ducoment was registered as untitled 3344 @ Agusan entry # 1407 Book I Butuan entry#:1252 filed # R-1711 @ Butuan Dated Dec. 22 1955.

Response to Request

Your request can be done by visiting the Register of Deeds where the property is located (viewing the attachments/necessary documents used in the Transfer Certificate of Title). In case of no record/s found, you may request it at the National Archives (if they still have a copy). Use the details of the title annotation to trace it.

Your right to request a review

If you are unhappy with this response to your FOI request, you may ask us to carry out an internal review of the response by sending an e-mail to our Public Relations and Information Section at pris@lra.gov.ph.
