Hello. I would like to ask copies of Transfer Certificates of Title No. 2428 and No. 2429 both covering Lot No. 1349 of the Cadastral Survey of Albay registered in the names of Ramon T. Isidro, et.al and Venancio Ruiz respectively.

If you would want to verify and/or secure a copy of the concerned title, it can be requested online through eSerbisyo or at the nearest Register of Deeds (anywhere-to-anywhere transaction) or at window 3 of the Land Registration Authority One-Stop Shop located at East Avenue corner NIA Road, Diliman, Quezon City

Please provide the following details:

1. Title number
2. Registered Owner
3. Location of the property
