1.) Number of Traffic Apprehensions in Metro Manila in 2021
2.) Classifications of Traffic Apprehensions in Metro Manila in 2021

I would also appreciate descriptions of labels in the table for better understanding. 

This will be used for academic research, particularly for a data story written for a journalism class. Thank you! :)
