Hello Sir/Ma'am

I Would Like to follow-Up on the OR/CR of my Toyota Hi-ace Commuter Deluxe purchased last November 13,2023. A concerned friend of mine from a government agency informed me that processing of OR/CR only takes 6-12 days in which we are passed too.

According to R.A 4136, Chapter 2, Art 1, all related documents regarding the purchase of my Toyota Hi-ace Commuter Deluxe have been submitted and reported to the LTO which is not met or accomplished.

I also found this clause: RA 7394 Article 2 Section C, "Protection against deceptive, unfair and unconscionable sales acts and practic
