Clarification on the LTO Alarm

Good day!

I was about to renew my motor vehicle registration but unfornately was not able to finish the prcesses due to the pending alarm last 2019 in Pangasinan as indicated in LTO system. I was shocked why I had an alarm due to the following facts:

1. The vehicle is a brand new bought last 2018.
2. The vehicle only travel in Mindanao since it was bought.
3. Never did I travel to Pangasinan.

May I seek clarification, why I have this LTO Alarm?
What shall I do in order to resolve the issue and be able to continue on with the processing of may MV registration renewal?
