Hi,
I need to know if the LTO-NCR memo from Roque I. Verzona III is still in effect, as LTO has already released Memorandum Circular 2021-2265, where guidelines on how Online TDC will work.
Verzona's memo states that it will stay in effect until LTO releases a memo on guidelines on Online TDC, however when I contact driving schools, they still say that they can't due to Verzona's memo suspending Online TDC.
Any clarafication is appriciated.
