Good day!

I would like to request for a change in my LTO portal account email address. I recently had to change to a new email address because of the school deletion of my current email address.

My current email address in the portal is kenneth.domingo.t@bulsu.edu.ph, and I would like to change it to my new email, which is domingokenneth74@gmail.com. I would really appreciate it if you could update it as soon as possible. Respectfully asking for your assistance. Thank you very much and Godbless!

While our aim is to provide information whenever possible, in this instance this Office cannot provide you the information you are requesting. The LTO abides by the Data Privacy Act. Personal information cannot be publicly-published using the FOI Platform.
To create changes/retrieved your LTMS portal account, please send to this email: "Client Care" clientcare@lto.gov.ph with the following requirements below.
1.) Active email address
2.) One valid ID with signatures
3.) Letter of consent indicating that you allow LTO client care to change/retrieve your LTMS portal account, dated today with your name and signature.
4.) Current photo of holding your valid ID.

Your right to request a review
