Good Day! 

I purchased a motorcycle from Honda Guanzon Paniqui Tarlac on April 05, 2023. LTO Official Receipt and Certificate of Registration (OR/CR).

After exhaustive efforts to secure a copy of my OR/CR from my dealer, I have been given a lot of excuses. I have no recourse but write your office to confirm if my dealer has already sent in the documents needed for registering my motorcycle, details as follows:

Response to your request

While our aim is to provide information whenever possible, in this instance this Office cannot provide you the information you are requesting. The LTO abides by the Data Privacy Act. Personal information cannot be publicly-published using the FOI Platform.
Upon checking in the database, there are no records found in the system.

To check if your registration documents were already submitted for processing, please ask your dealer and furnish us the copy of the transmittal duly received by the LTO.

Please be informed that we process initial registration of newly acquired motorcycles for 5 to 7 working days, and 7 to 11 working days for Motor vehicles, upon receipt of complete requirements.
