Hi! I'm Meanne from Manuel L. Quezon University - Diliman, and currently enrolled with the course Project Study, a research subject in partial fulfillment of the requirements for the degree of Bachelor of Science Major in Civil Engineering. Our research proposal is entitled "Unified Vehicular Volume Reduction Program in National Capital Region". May we request the current data of all private vehicles registered in the National Capital Region, Region IVA and Region 3.
