We were able to determine that this particular information is already available online and therefore cannot be counted as a valid FOI request. You may retrieve your requested information from
Maaari po kayo mag-email sa aming client care para po matulungan nila kayo sa inyong LTMS concern. Ito po ang kanilang email: clientcare@lto.gov.ph. I-provide lamang po ang mga sumusunod na kinakailangan sa ibaba:

1.) Active email address
2.) One valid ID with signatures
3.) Letter of consent indicating that you allow LTO client care to change/retrieve your LTMS portal account, dated today with your name and signature.
4.) Current photo of holding your valid ID.

If you are unhappy with this response to your FOI request, you may ask us to carry out an internal review of the response by writing to LTO Assistant Secretary  Jose Arturo Tugade at ltocdmpao@lto.gov.ph. Your review request should explain why you are dissatisfied with this response, and should be made within 15 calendar days from the date when you received this letter.
