Good day!

I am Harold Cruz Ramos. I am currently renewing my Driver's License. However, I was not able to register in LTO's portal. As I am submitting the required details, the system says that my serial number and license number is invalid. My previous license was registered last 2015 with the old format of license number and serial number. The portal is not accepting my license number and serial number.
