I would like to request a Traffic Violations Dataset (from 01/01/2010 to 10/10/2020) of Metro Manila major thoroughfares for my Masteral Capstone Project: Data Analytics with the following attributes:

Time
Thoroughfare
Bound/Direction
Violation(s)
Driver’s License (yes/no)
Driver’s Gender
Driver’s Age
Vehicle Type (bus, taxi, private, motorcycle)
Vehicle Year Model 

The objective of the research is to determine the best solution of traffic violations and input in crafting traffic law.
