You asked for Drivers License Serial Number Inquiry.

Response to Request

The Serial Number is required in creating an LTMS Account. Unfortunately some of our clients still don't have a Drivers License Card. So, in Creating your LTMS Account, you will see the first question will be: 
" Do you have a Philippine Driver’s or Conductor’s License?"

Kindly select "NO" and then proceed to complete the Client Information.
