While our aim is to provide information whenever possible, in this instance this Office cannot provide you the information you are requesting. The LTO abides by the Data Privacy Act. Personal information cannot be publicly-published using the FOI Platform.
For the status of your ORCR, you can send a message to Operations Division at this email address: <operationsdivisionco@gmail.com>;
Attached to your message can you please provide the following information in this order:
1. Engine No.
2. Chassis No.
3. Photo of Sales Invoice and Date of Purchase
4. Payment Method: Cash or Installment
5. Proof of Identity
 
Please be informed that the above-mentioned requirements are needed to avoid giving confidential or personal information of persons who are not entitled and such as guidance in compliance with the Data Privacy Act. Once completed, we will endorse your email to the concerned office.

Please be informed that once your document is forwarded to LTO for registration it will take us 3-5 days for the release of the OR/CR.
