Hi Sir/Ma'am,

I am originally from Tuguegarao City, Cagayan and currently residing in Bantayan Island, Cebu. I have recently gone to your main office in Cebu to renew my Driver's license and was informed that I have an alarm from an apprehension in Tuguegarao City with TOP # 17501496.

I would like to know how much would I have to pay as I was informed by an LTO office staff that I need to pay PHP 18,000.00 to get the alarm removed.
